My father has a urine infection since last 15 days. His creatinine is 4.8. The ultrasound report showed enlarged prostate and intact kidney size. He lost appetite since last one month. He is only taking a half glass of milk daily only. His fasting sugar was 113. He is a diabetes patient and taking Insulin 5 units during the day and night. Now, this has been stopped by his doctor due to low intact. Kindly suggest a further line of treatment.

I had an abdominal CT due to severe stomach pain. The CT revealed a possible 3 cm mass in my left kidney. I had ultrasound that showed 4 cm thing in the central part of the left kidney. They were unsure whether it was a mass or a hypertrophied column of Bertin due to being located in the central part of the kidney. I followed up with a urologist who believed a nephrectomy was likely. My significant risk is obesity. Could that be false? I dont want to loose kidney if there mass is not there.

My 5 month old baby has eczema. Just recently, he had a bad flare-up in which he was weeping from both legs, arms, hands and cheeks. For 80% of the day he is suffering with rash and seems to have no relief at all. He scratches and cries continuously throughout the day and wakes up in his sleep. None of the remedies we tried have produced relief such as ointments, eczema creams, cortisone. His mother has altered her diet to accommodate him accordingly. From a few days, I have been experiencing a strong stomachache. The pain was mild but now it hurts even when I move. I am 12 weeks pregnant. I went for my NT scan today and my gynaecologist said it has possible gastroschisis and I am honestly so worried. I have a checkup in the next two weeks but I am just curious to know if it could be normal that the intestines still are not inside the fetus? Is it too early to diagnose? I am so stressed and worried. Please help

I get extremely depressed before my periods, sometimes before one week or two weeks. I scream alot, get irritated from everyone, feel every minor problem is a big one, keep on arguing and then later I feel regret and sometimes cry alot. This only happens before periods. I literally didn't find any issue or frustration these days but still, I go through this condition. What could be the actual reason for it?

My daughter is 3.5 years old and for the last 3-4 days, as soon as she goes to sleep she starts coughing. It goes on for about 45 mins to an hour and then she vomits (mucus). I took her to her regular pediatrician, there is no infection or any sign of viral. According to him, it’s just some allergic reaction, not exactly able to pinpoint what’s causing it. He prescribed a couple of medicines to increase her immunity and for cough. Please help!

Hello i had a root canal 3 years back of two molars now from last few months I was noticing a hard bump inside my lower jaws on the same jaw where two of my molars had been treated three years back, and yesterday I also felt pain while pressing that hard bump ..What it could be and how it has to be treated.

Patient with ringworm on right hip just after C Section. She wasn't able to treat that through tablets because she was feeding her baby so she, after consulting with various doctors, treated that with cream as per doctor's suggestions for almost 1 year and now she started to take tablets, as it was a one week course she completed that and got improvement after that doctor suggested another tablet for 45 days course,she started that but after one week itching came back and things went back.

My father in law has severed mouth ulcers. He has an infection until his throat and unable to eat anything because it is very painful. Recently he is using nilstate oral drops and somogel but the pain is constant. Plz, recommend a good doctor. Thanks

My daughter is suffering from a headache for 5 days, I recently took her to the doctor. He said that maybe she has a sinus problem but he gave her antibiotic. Yesterday I took her to another doctor, he said that she may have a migraine. Now the problem is by giving panadol and brufen, but she is still suffering from severe headache only on her forehead area and she's not having any food and if she eats anything. Aa I am 40-year female. from one year I am suffering from this issue. I have itching, some times burning on lips surrounding the area, the area is too much black around lips. Cuts are very deep at the corners of the lips and more cuts are appearing on the lips also gradually. Which is very painful. I can't open my mouth easily, stiffness also prevails.
